Reflections Off an Old Friend

Reflections Off an Old Friend
Reflections Off and Old Friend

THe morning I took “Reflections Off an Old Friend”, I didn’t know at the time I was going to trade it My Grand Cherokee off off this year. (Sad as I like that car but onward)…

This image represents one of the best mornings I’ve seen up on that high point in the many times I’ve been there.

Sunset Through the Golden Grass

Sunset Through the Golden Grass

Sunset Through the Golden Grass is the result of a patch of untouched (by cattle) hilltop of tall grass left over from this year. Golden Heads, tall, not necessarily easy to drive to as my headlights provided the light for this as I sat down with my neck against the front bumper of my Jeep Grand Cherokee with the PIAA backcountry legal only driving lights on . Just give me photons to catch and my traps will get them.

My jeeps (4) are indeed trail rated lolol. We live 14 miles from the nearest asphalt road and 70 miles from the nearest traffic light.
We are very remote.

Location: Bliss DInosaur Ranch, Wyoming/Montana borderlands miles into the backcountry.

Windy Reflections of a Starburst Sunset

Windy Reflections of a Starburst Sunset

It was Windy so the Reflections of this Starburst Sunset (A double crown sky) were ripply. A Starburst is one of the rarest crepuscular phenomena. This was two nights ago out on state land….. Nice little lake down there…

Location: Northern Campbell County Wyoming….
